Liberty Gate is just a short walk from Lakenheath high street, where there are food outlets, a Co-op Food, farm shop, pubs, pharmacy and a post office. More shops and essential services can be found close-by in Mildenhall and Brandon. For a wider range, take a scenic drive through the forest to Thetford. With a history dating all the way back to the Iron Age, this charming town is now home to a good variety of shops and eateries, plus museums and a market.
