There's a local bus route serving Hadleigh, and Ipswich train station is just 8.9 miles from Weavers Meadow; perfect for commuters, or for a trip to London. Sudbury train station is another option, just a 20 minute drive from Weavers Meadow, with hourly trains to the mainline stations at Marks Tey, Ipswich or Manningtree.

Hadleigh's historic, atmospheric centre benefits from a range of individual and high street shops and several popular pubs, restaurants and cafés. There's also a popular market every Friday perfect for picking up fresh produce including fruit, vegetables and seafood. If you enjoy keeping fit, the town has plenty to offer. Hadleigh Pool & Leisure centre offers a state-of-the-art gym and a 5-lane fitness pool as well as a variety of fitness classes. Local clubs include rugby, football and cricket. The Buttermarket shopping centre offers a great variety of high street stores, and facilities include Super Bowl and The Empire Cinema - excellent fun for all the family.
