The historic town of Shrewsbury has an incredible 660 listed buildings, gorgeous medieval streets, an abbey, a cathedral and a castle. The River Severn flows through the town and the riverside walks are another lovely feature to enjoy. The town is full of character but with all the amenities for modern-day living too.
Shrewsbury offers a variety of leisure activities; there's a public swimming pool in the town centre and Shrewsbury Sports Village has sports pitches, a cycle track, an indoor gym and a sports halls.
