Cannon Hall Country Park makes for a fun family day out, or you can take to the hills in the Peak District National Park. Kirklees Light Railway offers nostalgic memories for older visitors and Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends for the younger ones with over 3 miles of scenic track to explore.

Trains from nearby Denby Dale station make the commuting easy, getting you into Huddersfield in just 25 minutes, and Sheffield and Leeds in under an hour. Domestic and international flights can be accessed at Leeds Bradford Airport, just 30 miles from the development.
