With its elegant historic buildings, famous gardens and even more famous Turkish Baths, Harrogate is a special place to call home. The town offers all number of historic and cultural amenities, fantastic restaurants and public gardens - the popular RHS Garden, Harlow Carr, is a short distance from the development. The town centre is full of character, and there's a variety of lovely shops and cafes - including the famous Betty's tearoom which has been offering afternoon teas since 1919.

There's an excellent range of school and college options to chose from for all age groups, from the Penny Pot Nursery & Creche and the Saltergate Junior School to Brackenfield School. Harrogate is also home to some renowned independent schools for both day and boarding pupils, such as Ashville College and Harrogate Ladies' College

Harrogate is in a very central location and has great transport connections as a result. The A1(M) is the nearest motorway, the A59 connects with York, the A61 is the main road route to Leeds, the A65 takes you to Skipton and the A658 links with Bradford. Harrogate's train station is right in the heart of the town and the bus station is next to it.
