The final phase of a five-year house building project on the outskirts of Bridgend will launch this weekend.
Around 1,500 new homes have already been built at the Parc Derwen development in Coity since work began in 2015.
Persimmon Homes has now started work on the final 106 properties.
This last phase will be known as Tir Y Bont and the first homes will be released for sale on Saturday (January 23).
Sharon Bouhali, marketing director at Persimmon Homes West Wales, said: “We’re delighted to be launching this new phase at the Parc Derwen development.
“Tir Y Bont will bring another 106 much-needed homes to the area. Bridgend remains one of the most popular areas in the UK in terms of how fast houses sell, so we’re certain that these properties will prove extremely popular.
“It has been fantastic to see Parc Derwen develop over the last five years. It is now a thriving community with a new school, pubs, shops and even a classic car club.
“We look forward to speaking with househunters in the days and weeks to come. This is the last chance for people to become part of Parc Derwen.”
Due to the current Covid-19 precautions, the homes are being marketed online. Persimmon’s team of sales advisers are available to offer assistance via either telephone or email.
A range of two, three and four-bedroom homes are being built at Tir Y Bont, with prices starting from £149,995.
