We are soon to start work on a selection of 65 new homes which will be known as Mulberry Grange.” The Cottingham site, on Castle Road, will begin on its final phase of 54 homes, including 18 affordable properties. The Castle Hill Grange development, on land purchased from Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust, and will feature a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties. Scott added: “We have recently submitted our reserved matters application for 166 homes in west Hull. The proposal includes one, two, three and four-bedroom homes including 10 per cent affordable housing. “We remain committed to be bringing new developments, at various locations, across the region that provide a range of homes to meet all budgets and lifestyles and continue to explore further land opportunities.” For details on the properties at Castle Hill Grange and Mulberry Grange or to be kept up to date with new developments in the region visit
