12 months after you move into your new home you will need to have your boiler serviced.
Your first boiler service must be conducted within the 12 months after installation to meet the terms of your warranty.
After this, it should then be serviced every 12 months to ensure you do not void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty peace of mind
Feel secure in the knowledge that our homes come with a two-year Persimmon Homes warranty and in years three to 10 you’re covered by an NHBC/LABC warranty. Warranties on appliances can be set up straight away and registered directly with the manufacturer. Remember to service your boiler before the end of the first 12 months to maintain the second year of your warranty.
