Registering your home appliance
One job when you move into your new home is to register your new home appliances, remember the manufacturer’s will only deal directly with you the customer and not Persimmon.
There are three ways to do this:
- Complete the forms which come with the appliances.
- Call the appliance’s hotline number.
- Register online either on the manufacturer’s website or on www.registermyappliance.org.uk
Here’s what you will need to know when you register them. The appliance model name, the serial number of the product and the date you purchased the item. Which is your move-in date.
Warranty peace of mind
Feel secure in the knowledge that our homes come with a two-year Persimmon Homes warranty and in years three to 10 you’re covered by an NHBC/LABC warranty. Warranties on appliances can be set up straight away and registered directly with the manufacturer. Remember to service your boiler before the end of the first 12 months to maintain the second year of your warranty.
