From Truro - From the A30 Truro- Take the Carminnow Cross exit. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit. Continue straight onto Priory Road heading to Bodmin (go over one roundabout). Follow the signs to Police Office, turn right onto Tollgate road. Proceed for 150m and turn into Priory Meadows development.
From Liskeard - Join the A38 heading west. At Carminnow Cross roundabout take 2nd
exit and stay on the A38. Exit on A38. In 0.5m turn right onto Cooksland
Road/A38 joining Priory Road. After 0.3m turn right following signs to
Police office and Priory Meadows- Aldi supermarket is clearly located on the
main road. Follow road into the development
opposite the Police Office.
Priory Meadows is within a 10-minute drive to Bodmin Parkway train station which heads west to Falmouth and Penzance and east to Looe and Plymouth. For car drivers the A38 is a stone’s throw away heading east to Saltash and Plymouth. The newly extended A30 provides convenient access to the M5 within 45 minutes.
