Terrington St Clement is a large village in Norfolk nestled to the south of The Wash National Nature Reserve. Just over 6 miles west of King's Lynn and 5 miles east of Sutton Bridge, it’s on the old route of the A17 trunk road, close to the Norfolk and Lincolnshire border.

The name ‘Salterns’ was inspired by the early settlement of inhabitants that made a living from farming, fishing, wildfowling and, most importantly, salt making. Living at Salterns means you’ll be well placed to make the most of Terrington St Clement’s wide selection of amenities, including a supermarket, farm shop, two doctor's surgeries, a Post Office, newsagent's, hardware store and bakery. Eateries include a fish & chip shop and Chinese takeaway and the two pubs, the King William and the Wildfowler, both serving delicious home-made food.

Terrington St Clement benefits from a regular bus service to King's Lynn which has a good range of high street stores as well as busy out-of-town retail parks with well-known brands and supermarkets. Directions

From the A17 Sleaford/King's Lynn Road, turn right onto Station Road and then left onto Sutton Road. Take the right onto Marshland Street before a slight left onto Wesley Road. Continue onto Chapel Road and then turn left onto The Saltings where you will find the development on the left.

Within the village there is supermarket, farm shop, Post Office, newsagents, bakers, an Indian restaurant, fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway, hairdressers, small animal vets and a hardware store.
