Transport

One of the Havant's major attractions is its good transport links, both by road and rail; the A3 is located to the west of Havant and provides a continuous link to Portsmouth and the A27/M27 to the south and north of Petersfield and beyond to Hindhead, Guildford and London. The A27 provides a link to Hayling Island, Emsworth and Chichester to the east. To the west, the A27 becomes the M27 linking to Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton.

Warblington train station is located approximately 400 metres from the subject site, whilst Havant train station is located approximately 1 mile further west. Both stations provide good links to London in around 77 minutes, as well as frequent services to Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton and across the South Coast.

There are numerous bus stops locally, several of which are within walking distance of the site; these buses run across the local and wider area with services to Havant, Bedhampton, Portsea, Farlington, Purbrook, Leigh Park and Cosham.
