Terms and Conditions for Love to Shop Voucher
1. General
The offer of the Love to Shop voucher is available only in relation only to selected plots at Persimmon Homes Limited’s Fiddington Fields development and on the terms appearing below. If a plot has been selected for eligibility for a Love to Shop voucher, this will be made known to a customer prior to his/her/their formal reservation of that plot. If more than one customer formally reserves a plot they shall together be entitled to one Love to Shop voucher (and not one each). Persimmon Homes Limited is referred to in these terms as “the Developer”.
2. Eligibility
The Love to Shop voucher is available only on selected plots. Eligibility for the voucher is subject to the availability of participating properties and their specific terms and conditions.
3. Voucher Issuance
The Love to Shop voucher will be given to the eligible customer upon or as soon as reasonably practicable after completion of the property purchase by the customer who has reserved it.
4. Non-Combination with Other Offers
The Love to Shop voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or incentives provided by Developer. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional offers, special discounts, or any other incentives.
5. Period of Offer
The offer of the Love to Shop voucher is valid only for reservations that are formally concluded from and including 23rd March 2025 to and including 23rd April 2025.
6. Voucher Redemption
The Love to Shop voucher is subject to and is redeemable in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the voucher issuer and can only be redeemed at retailers, as specified by Love to Shop. The voucher may have an expiry date, and it is the responsibility of the recipient customer to ensure it is redeemed before this date. No replacements will be provided by the Developer.
7. Non-Transferable
The Love to Shop voucher is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. The voucher is only valid for the individual to whom it is issued.
8. No Cash Alternative
There is no cash or monetary alternative to the Love to Shop voucher, and it cannot be exchanged for any other form of reward or offer.
9. Liability
The Developer assumes no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the Love to Shop voucher once it has been issued. It is the recipient customer’s responsibility to ensure the voucher is kept safe.
10. Changes to Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms and conditions of the offer of the Love to Shop voucher at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be posted within our office and on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
