The Furlongs @ Towcester Grange is a new collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes in the historic market town of Towcester.
Situated less than a mile from the town centre of Towcester, the development benefits from the best of both worlds because it enjoys fantastic road links, yet is still in the heart of the beautiful south Northamptonshire countryside.
The Furlongs @ Towcester Grange is part of an exciting new community in which we will be building more than just homes. We’ll be helping to provide retail units, a public house/restaurant, a doctors’ surgery, nursery/crèche and community hall, two new primary schools and a hotel and conference centre. The development will also benefit from areas of public open space, sports pitches and new allotments.

A selection of supermarkets can also be found within Towcester itself, including Waitrose, Tesco and Aldi as well as local convenience stores and fuel stations.
