Following on from the success of the first and second phases, The Goldings Phase III offers a new collection of beautiful three bedroom homes in Newquay.
Newquay, on Cornwall’s Atlantic coast, boasts a long list of accolades, including being voted ‘one of the nation’s favourite seaside towns’ in the prestigious Which Holiday Survey and one of the UK’s top ten beach destinations by TripAdvisor. The best thing about buying a home here is that you could be enjoying Newquay’s charm all year round.
Living at The Goldings means you’ll have easy access to Newquay’s bustling high street, stretching the entire length of the town. It consists of many cafes and restaurants along with specialist shops and supermarkets, providing everything you need for day-to-day living. If you’re looking for more choice, The Goldings has easy access to Truro and Plymouth, both with a vast array of shopping venues.
The Goldings development offers 11 different house styles to choose from, ranging from The Coach House – a stylish two bedroom home, perfect for an investment or first-time buyer, to The Chedworth – a spacious four bedroom home with a spacious kitchen/family room and en suite to the master bedroom. With so many designs to choose from, there really is a home to suit everyone.
You’ll probably spend most of your time enjoying the glorious beaches and coastline but, when you’re not catching a wave or perfecting your tan on the beach, there are lots of other local attractions to enjoy. A short distance away you’ll find Holywell Bay Fun Park, Trenance Leisure Gardens, Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium. There’s also a network of dedicated cycling tracks offering routes to the nearby towns of Bodmin, Padstow, and Truro.
Great for families, Newquay is also home to a range of fantastic local schooling with virtually all of the educational facilities boasting ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ in their Ofsted reports. So, if you fancy living next to one of Cornwall’s best beaches and want to join the many lucky people who live here permanently, make sure you visit us at The Goldings.

Last Phase Released at The Goldings - this could be your last chance to buy before the site is sold out!
One of the best things about buying a new home is that you can choose to personalise it to make it yours from the day you move in.
Once your plot is reserved, you can start adding your own style and personality to every room with our range of styling options, upgrades and additional fixtures. This is your chance to visualise your perfect living space and create your very own dream home from day one.
Your choices will be added to your home at various stages of the build process, meaning the earlier you reserve your plot, the greater the selection available to you.

"Buying your first home is quite a daunting task, but with Cath's help, a lot of the pressure has been lifted. Even helping us choose our extras and everything, she's really helped make our home 'our home' and really gone the extra mile for us." J Stringer
"[We] would like to say a massive thank you to Catherine and the team for everything they have done!!! In getting our dream house. It was a hard journey but Catherine went above and beyond and supported us all the way through. Thank you so much." C Bracken
“It took a little longer than we had hoped for due to COVID but we’re in and our house is perfect. Persimmon was always calling/emailing me, keeping me informed on the progress. We completed on the 30th June and when we got the keys we couldn’t believe it. Our house was perfect, from the kitchen to the flooring, the finish was just amazing. The site manager came to see us and again 3 days later, he went through everything with us and answered all our questions. We honestly cannot thank Persimmon enough for making this experience so much easier for us.” Shelby Burgess
"Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you for all that you've done, you've gone above and beyond to ensure that this process has been as straightforward as possible, even when we hit some bumps in the road. You're an incredible asset to Persimmon and I really hope they understand how hard you work. You've made us feel valued and cared for something that you didn't need to do." Tiana
