The Willows offers a variety of two, three and four bedroom homes in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside. Designed for the way we live today with a mixture of house types, there’s something to suit everyone’s needs, whether you’re buying your first home or need more space for your family.
This modern development is nestled in the popular market town of Newton-le-Willows within easy reach of local amenities. The town is situated midway between Manchester and Liverpool with easy access to the M6 Motorway making it a popular place to live for commuters.
The area of Earlestown is Newton-le-Willow’s town centre, with the old High Street boasting an attractive tree-lined street flanked by cottages and independent shops. There are two leading supermarkets in the centre of the town and an outdoor market at Earlestown which takes place on a Friday.
For even more choice, The Trafford Centre is only a 30-minute drive with nearby towns, such as Warrington and Wigan, only a bus or car journey away.
St Peter’s Church can be found at the southern end of the High Street and it’s behind here you’ll find Willow Park and Newton Lake – a great place to while away a few hours. You’ll also be able to walk to the local beauty spots of Castle Hill and Dene Dam, plus Mesnes Park with its wealth of facilities including football pitches, tennis courts, a skate park and children’s play areas. More outdoor fun can be had at the Sankey Valley Park at Earlestown, which follows the route of the canal and has miles of pathways, and also Lyme & Woods Pits Country Park.
Selwyn Jones Sports Centre is located just a short drive away, here you will find a gym, swimming pool and football pitches. If watching sport is more your thing, The Willows is close to Langtree Park, home of the Saints rugby league team, and Haydock Park Racecourse if you fancy a flutter.
Within close proximity to the development there are a range of well-respected nurseries, primary and secondary schools and also a College campus. This together with convenient transport links, good local amenities and fantastic open spaces means The Willows could be your perfect place to call home.
