Head south on London Orbital Motorway and at junction 30/31, use the left lane to take the A13 exit to Dagenham/Tilbury/Thurrock.
At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A13 slip road to Tilbury/Basildon/Grays/Thurrock (Lakeside, follow A1012 to London Road/A126 in Grays.
There is a large variety of shops in Thurrock, from Lakeside Shopping Centre, which is one of the largest complexes in Europe, to village shops and markets.
