The village also has two Ofsted ‘good’ primary schools which are both just a short walk away; Anthony Bek Community Primary and Farmilo Primary and Nursery. Secondary education can be found at The Brunts Academy, Queen Elizabeth’s Academy and The Manor Academy.
Weavers View is situated close to the A617 providing speedy access south to Mansfield town centre and north to junction 29 of the M1 and Chesterfield, which is only 6 miles away. There are three train stations within easy reach including Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse and Shirebrook where you can catch regular trains to Nottingham. There’s also an excellent bus service in the area and East Midlands airport is accessible for business or leisure travel further afield.
