The Radstone Splay has been designed with family life in mind. The large bright living room has French doors to the garden and the open-plan kitchen/dining room leads to a utility room which also has outside access. A downstairs WC and built-in storage have been included in the layout. On the first floor, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there's a separate family bathroom for bedrooms two and three to use.
