Step 1: Together, we'll agree on a marketing price for your home
We’ll arrange valuations for your existing home based on 100% market value. Together, we’ll agree a competitive marketing price for your current home based on these independent, expert opinions. Once in agreement, you can part-reserve* your plot for an agreed period, whilst we market yours.
Step 2: We'll help find a buyer for your home
As one of the UK's largest house builders, we’ll use all our expertise, contacts and experience to work on your behalf to sell your current home. We’ll appoint an estate agent to look after the marketing of your current home and arrange convenient viewings for potential buyers, and we’ll make sure you receive feedback and stay firmly in the loop.
Step 3: Once a buyer has been found, we'll manage the sale
Once you receive an acceptable offer, we’ll continue to manage the sale of your property on your behalf and all you have to do is look forward to moving into your new Persimmon home.
