If you need to head in the opposite direction, you can be in Edinburgh in just over an hour on the M8, or by train in just under an hour and a half. The M73 and M74 are within easy reach too, of your Garthamlock new build, with the M74 offering a route into Glasgow to the south of the Clyde, or right down through central Scotland to Carlisle. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to Glasgow Airport for domestic and international flights. There are also good bus services into Glasgow and the surrounding areas, with the fastest city service usually taking about 12 minutes.

Local facilities straight from your new home
