Bridgend

There’s no shortage of things to do in this part of Wales, especially for lovers of the outdoors. A new build here will give you access to a selection of beautiful beaches including Rest Bay and Newton Beach at Porthcawl and Ogmore by Sea Beach. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted with the fantastic courses nearby, including the 18-hole Royal Porthcawl Golf Course overlooking the coast. If you fancy a day in the hills, the Brecon Beacons National Park is around 35 miles to the north.

Education close to home

The town has a good range of schools including nursery and infant schools through to comprehensives and a college - with a mix of Welsh-medium and faith schools.

Great road and rail links

Located just off the M4, 24 miles from both Swansea to the west and Cardiff to the east. Its central position gives you good access to both cities for easy commuting as well as easy onward travel to the Severn Bridge, Bristol (58 miles) and London (165 miles). Your  also close to railway stations in the town, one in the town centre and one in the northern outskirts. From here you can catch a speedy link to Cardiff, Swansea and even directly to London. For travel further afield, Cardiff Airport is just 15 miles away.
