Its central position gives you good access to both cities for easy commuting as well as easy onward travel to the Severn Bridge, Bristol (58 miles) and London (165 miles). Your also close to railway stations in the town, one in the town centre and one in the northern outskirts. From here you can catch a speedy link to Cardiff, Swansea and even directly to London. For travel further afield, Cardiff Airport is just 15 miles away.
