The Ashdown has a good-sized dining room and separate kitchen/dining room with garden access. It’s practical too with a downstairs WC and two storage cupboards. Both bedroom three and the living room are situated on the first floor. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, family-sized bathroom and bedroom one has an en suite.
