There’s also a strong sense of community, and a calendar of local events including a Food and Drink Festival, Beer Festival and Annual Gala. With all this in mind, along with good transport links to Chesterfield and Sheffield, this exciting new development will appeal to a wide range of buyers.

For a full day of retail therapy Sheffield, with its vast Meadowhall Centre, is around half an hour away.
One of the reasons Bolsover is so beloved by its residents is the array of green spaces, leisure facilities and attractions nearby. Bolsover Castle, the development’s namesake, sits just on the edge of the town centre. Awash with history and beautiful views, the castle also hosts a visitor centre, café, play area and events throughout the year. To enjoy the outdoors, Hornscroft Park, Castle Leisure Park and Carr Vale Nature Reserve are all lovely walking spots, and on rainy days you could head indoors to one of several nearby sports centres.
