Team GB athlete opens Market Harborough show home

The show home on a new development in the popular town of Market Harborough has been officially opened by Team GB athlete, Sam Oldham.

The Hawthorns, off Northampton Road, will deliver up to 350 new homes in Market Harborough, supporting local housing needs with a portion of homes transferred to a housing association partner for rent and shared ownership. Along with the boost to local housing, the scheme will create new jobs as part of the construction and bring a range of community benefits.

The opening was marked by a visit from Team GB gymnast, Sam Oldham. Sam was part of the British men's team at the 2012 Summer Olympics, winning bronze in the team competition.
