When do I choose my Finishing Touches?
Your Sales Advisor will explain the Finishing Touches process when you reserve your plot. They’ll also let you know when it’s time to start choosing.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll be given a hard copy of our Finishing Touches brochure, filled with details about what’s available for your specific home type. This gives you time to browse through the options, think about your preferences and start planning your perfect finishes.
Your Sales Advisor will then arrange a face-to-face Finishing Touches appointment at the development’s sales office or show home. This is your opportunity to ask questions, see physical samples, and start bringing your vision to life.

What happens at the appointment?
This is where things get exciting. At your appointment, your Sales Advisor will walk you through the full range of finishes and upgrades available for your home. You’ll get to:

- Get expert guidance from your Sales Advisor on popular choices, practical considerations and design tips
You can ask as many questions as you like. This is your moment to make sure everything feels right. Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll take a deposit for your chosen extras and take care of the rest. Your chosen finishes will be installed before you receive your keys, with the balance payable upon completion.
