That's why we offer Finishing Touches - a range of items and upgrades that have been carefully chosen to complement the style and finish of your new home. From kitchen cabinets to outdoor fixtures and built in storage options, you'll have the option to customise your home so that it feels like yours from the minute you move in.
How does it work?
The Finishing Touches process is simple. When you reserve your new home, your sales advisor will discuss Finishing Touches with you, provide you with our handy brochure, and arrange a follow up appointment when you are ready to make your choices.
These choices will be added to your home at various stages of the build process, meaning the earlier you reserve your plot, the greater the selection available to you.
We have options to suit everyone. If you have a budget in mind, choose one of appliance packages, each with a selection of complimentary extras at an affordable price. This unique scheme allows you to coordinate your home whilst saving money.
From worktops to flooring, enhance your kitchen with our range of styles, colours and finishes. For extra practicality, add upgraded and integrated appliances, or additional features such as tiles, task lighting and electrical points.
Design your perfect place to unwind with our choice of bathroom upgrades. With tiling options, radiators, heated mirrors and a range of shower models, you can create the bathroom you've been dreaming of.
Turn your spare room into a bespoke work space with our Home Study range of fitted desks and storage. With cupboards in a range of colours and styles, and additional options for electrical points.
Add essential storage to your bedroom with hinged or sliding door wardrobes, available in a variety of styles and finishes. Practical solutions that enhance your home.

Our top tips
- Finishing Touches include 'upgrades' and 'add-ons'. An upgrade is an item that's fitted as standard, but you'd like use to install a higher/different specification version of it. An add-on is an item that isn't fitted as standard, so you can choose to add it through Finishing Touches.
- It's all about timing! The earlier you make your choices the better, as there's usually a knock-on effect on electrics and plumbing. As a guide, all choices need to have been made by the time your roof is on.
- After you've browsed our options, it's a good idea to jot down your favourites ahead of your Finishing Touches appointment, along with any questions you might have. At the appointment you'll be able to see a whole host of samples and swatches.
