Eve Parc is extremely well placed in the northern reaches of Falmouth. The town's high street is just over 2.5 miles from the development and boasts a range of well-known national brands alongside some lovely independent shops. There's also a good selection of supermarkets including Sainbury's, Lidl and Tesco.

Good schools close-by

Falmouth is very family-friendly, with a range of education options for all ages. For younger children there's Happy Days Nursery & Preschool (1.5 miles) and First Friends Nursery (1.3 miles). Primary Schools nearby include Penryn Primary Academy (2.8 miles), Mawnan C of E Primary School (4.1 miles), and Constantine Primary School (5.2 miles). For older children there's Falmouth School (0.5 miles), Penryn College (2.3 miles) and Falmouth University (2.7 miles).

Days out nearby

Eve Parc is in an ideal area for fun family days out. The town is home to Falmouth Gallery, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and the majestic Pendennis Castle which stands proudly on the edge of Falmouth, overlooking the coast. There's also the Dracaena Centre; a superb community facility which hosts a wide range of activities for children of all ages. Not forgetting the beaches of course!

Convenient transport links

Buying a new home at Eve Parc means you'll only be a short drive from the A-roads which provide easy access to Truro and the rest of Cornwall. Head northwest out of Falmouth and the A394 provides a good route to Penzance, the A39 goes north to Truro and the A393 heads northwest to Redruth. Travelling by rail is also easy as Eve Parc is just 1.6 miles from Penmere train station - the Maritime Line between Truro and Falmouth Docks.
