Woodland Valley lies between Kettering and Desborough and can be easily accessed from both the A6 and A14. Rothwell is a short drive from the A14, providing easy access to the M1 and M6, as well as the A6 North and South. Kettering Midland Mainline Railway Station offers a service to London St Pancras in approximately one hour. Rothwell is also close to Birmingham International Airport, East Midlands, Luton and Stansted Airports.
