Hazlewood Community School, Brunton First School and Dinnington First School are all close to the development and rated 'Good' by Ofsted, while a wider range of schools and education services can be found in the popular area of Gosforth, around 15 minutes away.

No shortage of shops and services

Though the proximity to Gosforth puts shops, pubs and everyday services in easy reach, a wide range of larger supermarkets and high street brands can be found just eight minutes away in Kingston Park, which also boasts an underground station. You could take advantage of this as an easy way to reach the city centre, or simply drive 16 minutes to enjoy all that Newcastle has to offer. The bustling city is known for its accessibility, culture, packed events calendar and great nightlife, as well as being a major centre for industry.

Enjoy nearby open spaces
