Micklefield's train station is just a short walk from Manor Grange, and has good links to York and Selby to the east and into Leeds to the west. Convenient road links to the A1(M) and M1 mean that it's an ideal location for commuting to the nearby towns and cities.
Families with children will appreciate Micklefield C of E Primary School right on the doorstep. Garforth Academy is 4.5 miles west of Micklefield, in the neighbouring town of Garforth. There you will have the choice of Ninelands Primary School, St Benedict's Catholic Primary School and East Garforth Primary School.
Garforth's amenities include Lidl and Tesco supermarkets, a Co-op and a Sainsburys Local, as well as the usual range of local shops and facilities.
