Ebbw Vale has a choice of supermarkets where you can pick up all your day-to-day essentials. Morrisons and a Tesco Superstore are both under a mile from Carn y Cefn. A little further afield to the south you'll find a collection of shops useful day-to-day shops ranging from hairdressers to a Post Office.

Transport

There are convenient transport options close to hand. Ebbw Vale Town train station is 1.2 miles away, the A465 is 1.4 miles away, connecting Abergavenny and Merthyr Tydfil, and the A470 is 9.3 miles away, taking you up into the Brecon Beacons. You will be close to Junction 32 of the M4, the motorway route through South Wales, and to Bristol and London. Cardiff Airport is 40 miles away by car.
