5% Deposit Contribution
5% Deposit Contribution offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Persimmon Homes offer.
This offer is not available on Buy to Let property purchases.
This offer is for Persimmon Homes to contribute towards your deposit up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price.
This 5% sum will be agreed with you prior to the reservation of a Persimmon Homes property.
Purchasers are required to contribute a minimum 10% deposit.
Persimmon Homes’ contribution of 5% towards the cost of a new Persimmon Home is paid directly to the purchaser’s solicitor at the time of legal completion. It is not paid to the purchaser.
Purchasers must meet the lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria.
Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the legal contract.
Persimmon Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.
Part Exchange+ offer - Part Exchange with an additional up to £10k incentive
Our Part Exchange+ offer is available on selected plots and subject to status. Part Exchange+ is available to existing homeowners only.
If you’re eligible for Part Exchange+, we’ll organise the sale of your existing home from start to finish for you. We’ll agree a fair and realistic price for your house with you, based on two independent estate agent valuations. The house is then purchased from us at market value based on a 6 – 8 week sale.
A professional legal adviser is required to be engaged by you to carry out the legal formalities of buying the home and to represent your interests. You’ll still have to cover the costs of solicitor fees and any certifications (i.e. for gas and electrics etc) required as part of the normal selling/buying process.
If you’re currently marketing your home, you’ll be responsible for all related costs with your current selling agent. It’s your responsibility to ensure you serve sufficient notice if signed up to a sole agency agreement or similar.
Persimmon can provide you with a list of our recommended solicitors and/or financial advisors as necessary. Persimmon cannot advise you on a mortgage. Part Exchange is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
The Part Exchange scheme may not be available in conjunction with any other promotions or offers. Full details are available on request. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
- The ‘up to £10,000’ offer is available on selected Persimmon developments and plots only, subject to customer status and availability. In these terms “You” means the customer(s) and applies if the relevant Persimmon home is being acquired by one or more persons. “Us” and “Our” are references to Persimmon. “The Offer” means the offer detailed in paragraph 3 below. The provision of the Offer is strictly subject to these terms and conditions. “We” means Us and You. For the avoidance of any doubt if You comprise more than one person and either or any of You withdraw from the purchase of the Persimmon home, the person(s) so withdrawing shall not be entitled to the Offer.
- Our sales representative will let You know in writing, prior to or on reservation of a Persimmon home whether or not You qualify for this Offer. To qualify for this offer You need to have entered into a reservation agreement with Us (which includes the payment of the required reservation fee) for the specific Persimmon home to which Our Offer relates no later than 19th May 2024 (time being of the essence).
- The Offer comprises a financial incentive that:
3.1 is a sum that, regardless of the Price, shall not under any circumstances exceed £10,000; and
3.2 will give the customer £1,250 per every £50,000 of the property value up to a maximum of £10,000 i.e. a customer purchasing a £250,000 property could receive £6,250 subject to their individual circumstances. The maximum £10,000 incentive is based on a Price of £400,000 or more.

3.3 will be shown on the completion statement as a “deduction” from the completion balance when you complete (the Offer will not be given or paid to You by any other means)

- The financial incentive can be used in a number of ways, depending on the buyer’s individual circumstances. For example, as a contribution to deposit, a mortgage contribution or as cashback. We require the customer to speak to an independent financial advisor to ensure they are using the incentive in the best way for their circumstances.
- Regardless of the Offer that We say You are entitled to receive on or prior to reservation of the Persimmon home, You will not be eligible to receive and take advantage of the Offer if You purchase the Persimmon home where any one or more of the following apply:
5.1 using a buy to let mortgage product; or
5.2 using the First Homes Scheme or other Discount from Market Value scheme; or
5.3 using any Government Help to Buy or similar scheme; or
5.4 using any shared ownership or shared equity scheme; or
5.5 where one or more of the purchasers is a corporate entity, LLP or partnership.
- Persimmon shall have sole discretion to decide whether You are entitled to the Offer provided by this scheme. Persimmon reserves the right to suspend cancel or amend this Offer at any time without notice (Provided always that the terms of an Offer to an individual may not be amended where the availability of the Offer and eligibility for the Offer have been communicated in writing to that individual on or before reservation of a specific Persimmon home, without prejudice though to these terms and conditions). Any suspension, cancellation or amendment will be published on Persimmon’s website.
