Bluebell Walk is our new collection of homes in Westhoughton, a town steeped in history. Situated between Bolton and Wigan, Westhoughton is perfectly located for getting around Greater Manchester. Bluebell Walk has a range of homes to suit everyone, whether you're a first-time buyer or a family looking for more space.
It takes about 40 minutes to drive into Manchester city centre, and around the same time by train on the service via Bolton. Wigan is within easy reach too, just under 5 miles to the west. You'll have plenty of local amenities in Westhoughton, but it's always good to be within easy reach of city life too. As for a trip into the countryside, Bluebell Walk is halfway between Rivington Reservoir and Pennington Flash for lovely waterside and woodland walks.

Westhoughton has plenty of local amenities. You'll have everything you need for day-to-day living including local shops, bakeries, a bank, a supermarket and a choice of places to eat out. There's also a market hall for all those useful little extras.
There are more shopping options nearby at the Middlebrook retail park in Horwich. It offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and a cinema for a rainy day.
There are plenty of leisure options near to Bluebell Walk. Westhoughton Community Leisure Centre has facilities and activities for all ages, including gymnastics, football, swimming and even archery. If you're a keen golfer, the closest courses are at the Westhoughton Hart Common Golf Club and the Hindley Hall Golf Club. For even more outdoor activities and a chance to get out into the local countryside, there's a horse-riding school and a cycling club.
Families living at Bluebell Walk are well served as there's a choice of local primary schools including Sacred Heart Primary and St. Bartholomew's primary. Westhoughton High is the local school for secondary education. For further education, Bolton College has a full range of courses and is easy to get to from the development.
Wherever you want to go, you'll have great connections from Bluebell Walk. Westhoughton's train station is within walking distance of the development and has direct services to both Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly taking under 40 minutes. The town is also well-served by local buses. For holidays and business trips, Manchester International Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
