New director appointed at Wessex region

Persimmon Homes Wessex has appointed a new Land and Planning Director.
John Gantlett re-joins the comapny after a spell at Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties where he was the Land Director.
In his new role, John will lead a team responsible for both the immediate and strategic land and planning for the company as well as partnership homes delivery throughout Wiltshire, Swindon, and Oxfordshire, as well as parts of Mendip, Bath & North-East Somerset, and the Cotswolds.
John has always lived in north Wiltshire where the Wessex business is based, and originally joined the industry as a development trainee and progressed to Land Manager with the Wessex business.
Persimmon Homes Wessex currently has homes for purchase at sites in Malmesbury, Witney, Swindon, Didcot, and Warminster.
Commenting on his appointment, John said:
“I am really excited to be returning to Persimmon in my new role with extra responsibilities, expanding on my past achievements and the experience I have gained since to contribute to the continuing success of the Wessex region.
