Your first few days

You're officially in. Congratulations! We’ll be on-hand in the first few weeks and months to ensure everything not only lives up to your expectations, but surpasses our own.

As soon as you move in

Our friendly site management team will be available to answer any questions and ensure everything’s okay. This is the perfect chance to ask any questions. In the unlikely event of an out of hours emergency, you can reach them on 03330 156620.

Post occupation inspection

On or around day five, our site management team will call in order to agree a date with you to review any issues or chat through any queries you may have. We appreciate you will still be settling in to your new home so we’re happy to carry out this meeting between day seven and day 28 at your convenience.

A little down the line

After the first two months, and ensuring that our site team have resolved all your queries, our friendly customer care team will then look after you for the rest of your two-year warranty. You’ll also have access to your own customer care co-ordinator who will call to introduce themselves. 

Monday night clinic

Should you have any other questions just pop into the marketing suite between 5-6pm and your site manager will be happy to discuss.

Complete peace of mind

Every Persimmon home comes with a 10-year new homes warranty and insurance policy, the first two years of which are covered directly by Persimmon - we enforce any warranties provided by the manufacturers for fixtures and fittings in your home. Comprehensive details can be found on the relevant warranty provider‘s website. Our customer care department is on hand to offer you assistance.

Supporting your communities

At Persimmon we're proud to support our local communities. Our Community Champions programme was established in 2015 and has already donated more than £3 million to over 3,500 good causes across Great Britain. We also have a programme of community events taking place as part of our partnership with Team GB for the 2024 Paris Olympics, along with other great initiatives.

Our hugely successful Community Champions programme has already donated more than £1 million to good causes in England, Wales and Scotland. Whilst the programme is running, each of our regional offices makes a donation of up to £6,000 every quarter to local organisations.
