Surrounded by green fields and on the edge of the North Wessex Downs, Grove is an idyllic spot to enjoy walking, biking and exploring. Wantage, a mile away offers the Outstanding SEN Academy, Fitzwaryn School for ages 3-19 as well as Stockham Primary School and Wantage Primary Academy, both rated as Outstanding. There are a further eight primary schools rated as Good in the area, as well as the nearest secondary school, King Alfred’s.

From your new house, you can take the A338 to the eastern edge of the village, heading north towards Oxford (15 miles) and south to Wantage (1 mile). The nearby A38, will take you to the M4 and commuter links to Reading (26 miles) and London (75 miles). Didcot and Abingdon are around 10 miles away. Swindon (22 miles) is easily accessible to the southwest via the A420. The village has a good bus service which links to Oxford and Wantage, as well as selected surrounding villages. The nearest train station with direct links to London is Didcot Parkway.
