You’ve got high street shops, the Riverside Shopping Centre and the Withybush Retail Park. Withybush Hospital is the district general hospital, on the edge of the town. From your new build, there's a good choice of primary and secondary schools; and for further education, Pembrokeshire College has a campus in the town as well as one in Milford Haven.
Transport links straight from your door
You have the A40 east until it joins the A48 at Carmarthen (30 miles) and then the M4 at Pontarddulais, just outside Llanelli - an hour's journey. Take the M40 north to the port town of Fishguard (15 miles) or the A487 coastal road to St Davids, the smallest city in Britain. The train station is on the West Wales Line and takes around two and a half hours to get to Cardiff. If you fancy taking a ferry over to Ireland, the Fishguard to Rosslare service can speed you to Wexford.
