Wormit

The village of Wormit has an extremely pleasant position overlooking the Firth of Tay in the North East of Fife. Famous for being the first village in Scotland to be connected to electricity (1889), via a windmill and steam train, the village is now better known as the home of the impressive 1887 Tay Rail Bridge to Dundee.

Your new house in Wormit has been sensitively designed to blend with the mainly Victorian houses with wide bay windows that make the most of the stunning views over the Tay. You will have access to the Victorian primary school and parish church as well as a clutch of shops including a Post Office, convenience store and an upmarket restaurant. If you like to keep fit, the tennis club, bowling club and boating club should keep you busy - as will the miles of golf courses, beautiful surrounding countryside and beaches.
