Keyworker Contribution
If you're a key worker or a member of the UK Armed Forces, buying your dream home could be even more affordable with the Persimmon Homes Keyworker Contribution.
Created to thank the people who keep our communities running every day, our Keyworker Contribution scheme gives eligible buyers £1,000 towards their deposit for every £20,000 spent on a new Persimmon home, up to a maximum contribution of £25,000 on selected plots.
Whether you're buying your first home, moving closer to work or simply looking for more space, Keyworker Contribution could help you move into a brand-new home sooner.
Speak to the sales team at your chosen development to find out if you could use the scheme on your preferred home.
How does the Keyworker Contribution work?
Our Keyworker Contribution is designed to make buying a new home more affordable.
For every £20,000 you spend on the purchase price of your new Persimmon home, we'll contribute £1,000 towards your deposit, up to a maximum contribution of £25,000.
For example, if you reserve a new Persimmon home priced at £300,000, we'll contribute £15,000 towards your deposit.
A larger deposit could reduce the amount you need to borrow, making it easier to secure your new home.
