New build homes for sale in Liverpool

Famous as the birthplace of The Beatles, the city has a rich cultural history of music, literature, poetry, theatre and the visual arts. It’s well known for its vibrant clubbing and gigging scenes, and the city is also home to two premiership football clubs. Buying a new build here means having all these activities right on your doorstep. Whatever your interests, you’ll find plenty to do and plenty of like-minded people to enjoy them with.

Liverpool has a lower cost of living than many other UK cities, unlocking a great living standard when buying a home here. It’s also well served by a huge variety of shops and amenities and benefits from excellent transport links. Merseyrail trains and buses make travelling without a car straightforward. Good connections with the M6, national rail links from Lime Street and international flights from John Lennon Airport mean you can easily get to wherever you need to go from your Persimmon house.

Despite being a large city, Liverpool is surrounded by nature. On clear days, you might see the mountains of Snowdonia to the south and the Lake District in Cumbria - and escaping to either from the city is straightforward. You can also travel by public transport to the gorgeous sandy beaches of Crosby, Formby and Ainsdale. This proximity to natural spaces helps to find a balance with the fast pace of the city.
