The perfect balance between town and country
Situated on the northern outskirts of Redditch, The View enjoys a fantastic semi-rural position within easy reach of shops, schools, beautiful countryside and superb transport links – everything you could need in a place to call home.
Formerly renowned as the country’s centre for needle making, Redditch has a rich history which is evidenced by a number of attractions around the town – from the Forge Needle Museum, to the fascinating ruins of Bordesley Abbey which was also used as a Royal Swannery. Today, the town is a bustling hub with a wide range of amenities. In the centre, interspersed with historic buildings, you’ll find a wide range of high street and independent stores, including many at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre, plus a number of pubs, cafes and restaurants.
The town is a great option for growing families, thanks to the numerous well-respected schools within a 10-mile radius of The View, and the leisure facilities available at nearby Arrow Valley Country Park and Abbey Stadium Sports Centre, just a short walk from The View.
With the added benefit of superb road links, rail services and proximity to Birmingham Airport, this is a location that will appeal to a wide range of buyers.
For all the shops and services you could need, make the short trip into the centre of Redditch.
