Get out into nature

There are so many wide open spaces to explore close to Cullompton. The town is set in the Culm Valley, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which are crisscrossed by scenic footpaths and cycle trails. Drive 14 minutes from the development to reach the idyllic canal path at Tiverton or, closer to home, you can go for a stroll round Cullompton Community Association fields, also home to a rugby and football ground.

Education for all

In addition to the new primary school that will be provided alongside the development, there are several schools in Cullompton catering to children of all ages. St Andrew’s Primary School and Willowbank Primary School are both within walking distance of Mill Gardens, while Cullompton Community college is nearby too and provides education up to 16.

Fantastic transport links

With the M5 less than 1.5 miles away, travel around the region couldn’t be easier. From junction 28 at Cullompton it’s a 28-minute drive to Exeter and 1 hour 15 minutes to Bristol – both fantastic cities with a wealth of shops, attractions and industries. The town is served by bus routes which operate to Tiverton and Exeter and there’s also a Falcon coach services that connects Cullompton to Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Bristol and Bristol Airport.
