The Ashdown FG is a new home with style. The tall gable enhances the front of the house and the Juliet balcony to the first floor living room is an additional elegant feature. It’s not all about looks though, this is a home with a practical design and a family-friendly approach. With living space spread over three floors, there’s room for you to be together and there’s a room of your own too.

Warminster makes the most of two excellent cross-country routes, the A36 and the A350. Both routes connect with the A303 to the southeast and south of the town. The A36 is the main road between Salisbury and Bath and the A350 joins the M4 just above Chippenham to the north, as well as to Shaftesbury and Blandford Forum to the south. Trains to Westbury, for London Paddington, take just 8 minutes and to Salisbury, for London Waterloo, 20 minutes. For international and domestic flights, Bristol Airport is about an hour’s drive away.
The main supermarkets are a Tesco Express, Waitrose and Morrisons. For something a bit different, the High Street has some lovely independent shops alongside some of the national brands and you’ll find friendly cafés in the little side-streets. There’s a very well-thought-of secondary school as well as a famous independent school, another balance that’s good for the town. Pubs, restaurants, a sports centre, a golf course and the fabulous Warminster Lakeside Pleasure Grounds make this a place that will suit families and professionals alike.
Warminster’s famous neighbour is Longleat – both the Safari Park and Centre Parcs in Longleat Forest are family favourites. You can get a full-day visitor pass for Centre Parcs. Frome is home to a range of wonderful artisan shops and has a monthly street market with a difference – The Frome Independent. Away from the crowds, explore Salisbury Plain for wide-open space and of course, Stonehenge, or the Cranborne Chase for beautiful countryside, pretty villages and country pubs. For a different sort of day out, and some excellent shopping, Bath and Salisbury are great choices.
