Persimmon marks New Homes Week with Flexible Financial Help
02 February 2026
To mark the start of New Homes Week 2026 (NHW), Persimmon has announced Flexible Financial Help, offering a range of buying schemes to boost affordability nationwide.
Now in its 21st year, the annual campaign launched by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) aims to highlight the benefits of new build homes and provide a platform for the home building industry, homeowners, and potential buyers to recognise the value of modern developments.
The theme of this year’s week-long event is ‘Power to Move’, showcasing the many advantages of buying a new home vs an old one, and how simple it can be to start the process of moving.
The campaign focuses on the dedicated support home builders can provide to help every step of the way through the buying process; the buyer support schemes and incentives to help make their purchase, and the ability to move home with no forward chain, something Persimmon is keen to highlight.
Megan Bishop, Group Marketing Director at Persimmon said:
“New Homes Week is a great opportunity for us to show just how straightforward moving home can be with Persimmon. Through our Flexible Financial Help, we’re giving more buyers the power to move by making homes more affordable and removing some of the common barriers people face. Whether that’s boosting a deposit or supporting home movers with Part Exchange, we’re here to help.”
From enhancing a 10% deposit to 15% with Deposit Boost to supporting home movers through Part Exchange, Persimmon offers a range of initiatives designed to help buyers move into a new home.
