Stewartby

As a model village, Stewartby has been arranged to give residents plenty of space, with well spaced housing, plenty of trees, open greens and parks. Originally built in the 1920s for the workers of the The London Brick Company, with bungalows added as the workers retired, the village in Stewartby has come full circle offering housing and amenities for every stage of life. There are a handful of shops in the village including a small supermarket, convenience store, tanning salon, furniture shop and cafe as well as a community hall with bags of community spirit.

Your new build in Stewartby is close to woodland and lake walks, as well as angling, power boat racing, sailing and waterskiing. For less high-octane pursuits, there’s also open-water swimming, paddleboarding, canoeing and wind-surfing.
