Persimmon Homes completes deal to develop 237 homes in Bedfordshire

Persimmon Homes Midlands has completed the purchase of land for a housing development in the popular location of Linmere, just north of Houghton Regis.

The site will deliver 237 new homes, supporting the local need for quality new housing - made up of 2, 3, 4, and 5 bed properties, 22 of which will be transferred to an affordable housing provider.

The scheme forms part of a larger scale plan to delivery around 5,000 new homes in Linmere over the next 15 years.
