Rednal

Sitting in the shadow of the Lickeys, a group of three hills overlooking the city of Birmingham, Rednal is a chocolate box suburb located at the very southern tip of the Birmingham metropolitan ward. Once home of the Longbridge Car Factory, the north east of the village enjoys access to the redeveloped site that is now a new business park supporting large supermarkets, a cinema, bowling, restaurants and bars.

In the village itself, your new home has access to a number of outstanding primary and secondary schools, the 135-acre Cofton Park with open parkland, woodland, football pitches and a play area as well as a handful of pubs and restaurants. The village is well placed to take advantage of easy commuter links to Birmingham, Bromsgrove and Redditch, as well as to the lovely countryside of Worcestershire.
