Enjoy the best of town and coastal living
Always dreamt about living near the sea? Our Eve Parc development is in a superb location on the outskirts of Falmouth, a picturesque and bustling Cornish coastal town. The vibrant centre offers a range of high street and independent shops, plus pubs and many eateries including mouthwatering local seafood. The three beautiful beaches are great highlights of the area, as is the magnificent Pendennis castle.
With all this, it's easy to see why Falmouth is popular with tourists. It's also, however, a fantastic place to live, regularly featuring on lists of the best places to live in the UK. Residents benefit from a range of essential amenities including supermarkets, a hospital, and a number of good schools for children of all ages. Three local train stations - one of which is just over a mile from Eve Parc - provide easy access to the wider region, as do nearby A-roads.
We will soon be releasing plots for the third phase of Eve Parc, which will see further two, three and four-bedroom homes being added to the development. Alongside the homes, Persimmon will also be providing over £1 million towards road improvements and local education.
Eve Parc is extremely well placed in the northern reaches of Falmouth. The town’s high street is just over 2.5 miles from the development and boasts a range of well-known brands including Boots, Pandora and Trago Mills to name a few. There’s also a good selection of supermarkets including Sainbury’s, Lidl and Tesco.
Falmouth is very family-friendly, with a range of education for all ages. For younger children there’s Happy Days Nursery & Preschool (1.5 miles) and First Friends Nursery (1.3 miles). Primary Schools nearby include Penryn Primary Academy (2.8 miles), Mawnan C of E Primary School (4.1 miles), and Constantine Primary School (5.2 miles). For older children there’s Falmouth School (0.5 miles) and Penryn College (2.3 miles) and Falmouth University (2.7 miles).
Eve Parc is in an ideal area for fun family days out. The town is home to Falmouth Gallery, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and the majestic Pendennis Castle which stands proudly on the edge of Falmouth, overlooking the coast. There’s also the Dracaena Centre; a superb community facility which hosts a wide range of activities for children of all ages.
Buying a new home at Eve Parc means you’ll only be a short drive from the A-roads which provide easy access to Truro and the rest of Cornwall. Head north west out of Falmouth and the A394 provides a good route to Penzance, the A39 goes north to Truro and the A393 heads north west to Redruth. Travelling by rail is also easy as Eve Parc is just 1.6 miles from Penmere train station - the Maritime Line between Truro and Falmouth Docks.
