Community donation supports local grassroots football team in Bedworth

Central has donated £1,000 to support Bedworth Eagles Juniors under-12 grassroots football team through its Community Champions scheme.

The donation will help the team purchase essential equipment, kits and training wear to support the players’ development and enjoyment of the sport.

The team’s 12 young players have shown incredible resilience and teamwork, particularly following one player’s inspiring recovery after suffering a cardiac arrest during a match at just 10 years old. Now back on the pitch with his teammates, his journey has brought the group even closer together.

Our donation reflects its commitment to supporting the communities where it builds. In Bedworth, the housebuilder is delivering its Newlands Meadows development, creating 445 new homes for local people and a wide range of new benefits to the area.
